Well after all the comments regarding Hilton park services I was surprised. Although it looked like a derelict raf base from the outside, it was really clean and welcoming inside, the staff were really polite also. It was the quietest nights sleep I’ve had and with the added bonus of free WiFi I had everything I needed. The one thing I will say though is don’t have fish and chip from edc. Cos what I was served was very very disapointing. I’ll say no more about that LOL.
What was the parking charge?
Personally I think at the Truckers Rest, A5, Cannock you would have got cheaper parking,
better and cheaper food.
21.50 with meal voucher.
Yea prob loads better at truck stop, but I am in someone else’s truck so haven’t got much gear. So I preferred to be in services.
Bit late now I guess but imho you’d have been better off in either Crewe lorry park or up the '41 to The Midway

I’m not used to nights out yet so dont know any parking places, so I’ve been sticking to services at the minute. I’m sure I will get to know the best places.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised how well catered for you will be, especially at a larger one like Lymm.
If I didn’t have much gear with me (and I never have) all the more reason I’d want to be in a TS.
if u have a smartphone download motorway buddy it lists the t/s / services nearest to you if your not used to nights out it may come in handy for you

Burnham on sea in the Morrisons car park on the sea front. Wetherspoons next to it or another good pub on the corner of the next street back.
