Where have we gone wrong

Thank tacograph , yes they’ve said as you have 45 hrs + off now , and then 52.5 hrs off weekend
I’ll keep some hols back for next Xmas if I’m still working ha ha

Strangely I’ve no infringement for it , according to chap who deals with it he looking at it to see why I haven’t .
Maybe I was right all along !!

they could have the software set up wrong… if there is provision in the rules for doing 2 reduced rests on the trot (international work) there must be way of setting it in the software for companies that do that.

I have met many compliance officers or whatever you want to call them that just rely on the software doing their job and dont have a clue why it has thrown a wobbler.

case in point i had 6 months off waiting for and recovering from an operation. when i got back into work i put 6 months rest and had a string of infringements (26) saying no weekly rest. Best reason i found was it was entered wrong on the software by some lazy oink that couldnt/wouldnt do his job properly
