I wouldn’t say he’s that arsed if people go and work for his firm anyway, he’s just telling it like it is.
They’re paying the average for the sector by the looks of it & I still maintain you are better off all things considered working for a decent employer and driving their motors than getting involved with all the aggro associated with running your own motor at those rates.
