or.

“john, john i said left at the roundabout”

or

“Are you sure this will be ok here while you have your 45■■”

I bet they don’t drain the water off that daily

This picture of mine is from the same spot, but on a darker morning… It is just down the road from Air Products at Acrefair, North Wales where the column was manufactured.

In both pictures, the waggon is reversing over the island.

The road he came down is crossed by the A483 and he’s too high to get under the bridge, so he goes up one sliproad. Stops. Reverses (as in the pics) all the way up the other sliproad onto the dual carriageway . Then CROSSES the DC and comes down the opposite sliproad. If ever you drive down the A483 and are diverted off at Johnstown between 7-9 on a Sat Morning, this is why.

It then heads though Wales, down to Whitchurch where it parks for the night. Cheshire Police then take over and it then heads by a convoluted route, up to Ellesmere Port docks.

…And here’s another Air Products load. He’s crossed the dual carriage way and is now heading down ‘the wrong way’ on the slip road to rejoin the road that he was originally on - but on the other side of the dual carriageway. He goes up Vicarage Hill, Ruabon and on towards Bangor-on-Dee.

And a little later at Raggs Hill, past Bangor-on-Dee on the A525, the road to Whitchurch.
