The pay, the vehicles, the office staff, the general terms and conditions.
And when was it?
Thats a real poser 
In the UK it is was Concorde Road Shows without a shadow of a doubt. I worked hard and enjoyed every second there, got paid very good wages and expenses for what was mostly a big vacation.
Over here it’s the one I have now, I get paid very high wages for a truck driver in the USA, I get respect and very good treatment.
Hmm , worst driving job was for Geoff Bell out of Carlisle ,circa 2003,crap pay crap boss…
Best drivng job was for AW Jenkinson out of Penrith … decent money ,kit and left alone all week …
Best paying job ( not the best job ,money isnt everything) job now is current one, Bibby Offshore making 4 times what i earned driving and doing 4 weeks on 4 weeks off … with the odd driving job for Armstrongs of Longtown when im home to keep my eyein … Decent fellas there too …
Easily best job was Tesco Doncaster fantastic wages and benefits decent kit only downside were the 1am starts and working 4 out of 6 weekends
