Couple of problems as to why you are getting the infringements. You never ended your shift and booked off, which you should have done at 16:19. you would then have another line underneath where it says

I can see what you mean will this be a hanging offence or just a verbal warning. Not too serious I think just a gap in my understanding only used the digi very infrequently.

I guess it depends on who stops you and the mood they are in. every time you don’t enter begin and end country it is an offence so they could quickly add up. probably not attract much more than a warning unless they were going to do you for something else where lumping in a few dozen, or couple of hundred, extra offences will make you seem like an extremely naughty boy.

It was used once. Look at the bottom of the list of modes used during the day. Below the line where it says 346532 km 258 km, below that the next lane says 18:27 - - - little symbol. That is ferry option.
