Spards, I too was wondering whats happened to Craig, hence me finding this thread with the search facility (and emerging from the Nostalgia forum for once!). I met Craig down at the Rowe 50th anniversary celebrations, top man and great to yarn with - we did the same YTS scheme in the 80s down in Cornwall bizzarely, but I went out of Haulage and into Racing, then Computers. Wish I’d stuck with it like he’s done, he had the application to really get somewhere and his journalism is first rate, as his knowledge of the industry is also.
I have his email so will try that, you say his mobiles not working?

I tried his French mobile about a month ago before my trip to England as we were planning to stop the night in St. Omer. It rang but wasn’t answered so I left a message. Then again a week or so later but it wasn’t working. The last time we spoke, back in May I think, he was talking of returning to Blighty so I wasn’t totally surprised about the French mobile.
Thought he might have kept one eye in here from time to time though.
I don’t have his email address so let me know if you track him down.
BTW Dave at T&D might have an idea but he didn’t respond to an earlier call either.
