None at all, I’m trying to lose weight, and lower my blood pressure. I always try to carry plenty of fruit. I only have salad for my meal break with a reduced quantity of home baked wholemeal bread. Yes, it’s been a struggle, yes it’s most definitely worth it, and yes, I’m still a bit of a fat [zb].
I stopped smoking in 2007, mainly 'cos I wanted to anyway(after 40 years :frowning: ), but also, there was no way that I was going to be treated like a leaper, having to stand outside in a bus shelter. Problem was, I just ballooned. When I started work with my present firm, they sent me for a medical and the doctor was far from impressed! He said that unless I got my weight and blood pressure under manners then I would be facing heart problems and diabetes.
So, there you have it . Very rarely I allow myself a choccy bar, but I wouldn’t dare carry sweets as I’d never have the willpower to stop at one!

We have Tesco’s in Scotland

well i was there yesterday…and i was driving for tesco and i spent 5 hours in the drivers room doing…nothing waiting for a run lol. then i got my first run and had to phone scanny up as to where my trailer would be as nobody in the blooming office explained this to me.still looked like a total idiot looking for my trailer though.

200 something bays are at that one or something.even goods out has that tesco feeling about it. taken about 4am yesterday lol

Not really, Bassetts liquorice allsorts for me (though can cause problems if I eat more than a pound or two :blush: ). In years gone by when the other half accompanied me, I was barred from eating Liquorice Allsorts :wink:

Werther’s Originals are the business, especially the chewy ones. Bags of Campino are good too. I also like Murray Mints or the assorted mint bag with Humbugs and mint toffee. Choozers are also popular.

I like Tunnock’s wafers. I was delivering to them recently and they give two bags of it to every delivering driver…
