Thank [zb] for that. Phew
At lease I wont have to see your ugly mut camouflaged behind some drama magazine and a pair of shades
Interesting how many ‘users’ (user) on this site mention my sunglasses. People trolling always slip up. Never clever enough to keep it going long…
It’s Boss & Driver.
There’s was similar drivel posted by her last year and surely there aren’t two different people stupid enough to spell the word ‘else’ as ‘ells’.

Well I nearly jacked the whole thing today. I said to myself if they agency don’t offer me work for Thursday then I’m going to the scrap yard tomorrow as I know they are in desperate need of lads to work the conveyor belt.
But they did offer me a job for tomorrow So I took it.
There ant much in the way of me jacking the job in now and saying good ridings to bad rubbish and bollex to you all tar tar.
Coz one things for sure my departure from the industry wont be missed by anyone in the industry that is for sure, wagon drivers are two to a penny there is always someone that will full fill my job. And anyone that thinks there is a driver shortage on at the moment is just an idiot rely.
An industry of s@@t run by s@@t driven by s@@t in ever corner of the trade
A driver is regarded in this industry as the lowest of all lowest of all cretins and should be treated as such accordingly.
He is seen by those involved in the industry as a second class citizens that should be treated subhuman
We are constantly bullied and persecuted by the Gestapo (the likes of DHL and the supermarkets)
simaly because not who we are but for what we do as a living. They see the driver as pathetic week and unable to defend them self’s so they use this to there advantage.
The Phrase goes ‘drivers don’t stick together anymore’ so this is the result from a fascist regime who quite frankly are scum them self’s. By that I mean they breed scum they think scum and they where brought up in an industry full of scum. Any haulage boss commenting on my experience of loane transport would say 'quite right you are a driver you should of know you where not to clime up the lorry to put your stamps over even though you where not told not to do so. You should of know to lift the left leg and wave with the right hand not to lift the right leg and wave with the left hand, before you learn how to drive a lorry and do the job. And if you had of done that in my yard I would of banned you off site. Yes sir. What ever you do is right and what ever I do is wrong in the most screwed up of ideologies. And then they sack us for ■■■ for tat and cry driver shortage. Well stick your driver shortage in what ever capacity you want to live in.
A company I used to work for had a guy drive for them. The office staff called him one drop Kenny, coz he would only do one drop. But he got the best drop out of all of the drops simply because he entertained well in the drivers debrief room
Yes a wa@@er and not a worker is what is desired in this industry nowadays. Which has got me thinking it’s about time to look for something ells to do and move on
F@@k you Blakey and all your knob headed palls; I’m not your f@@king bell boy anymore

Since I came back from my trip to Ireland empty handed I kind of think about the job in a different way now. A way in which if I carry on there will not be a single company in the UK that will tough me for things that are out of my control; listed above. I am doing this job coz I need the money and I know I can get the odd pound an hour extra doing this and a tax free night out allowance that I would not get with a box standard 9-5 NMW job. But my chances of getting work at different companies is slowly fading.
Since I left school I was a chef, window/ carpet cleaner, builder, van driver now HGV driver. And in all of the above I have never had this kind of problem before. I have worked in some of the most top notch restaurants in the lakes, with customers you could describe as aristocrats. And I have never seen or heard of a waiter looked down upon or treat subhuman by the customers in the way that we are treat as driver. One thing is for sure you where always guaranteed good crack on a building site. But this industry is bad crack!
So I went to see them at the other scrap yard today as I finished early and they said they had spoken to the other scrap yard and they are defo looking for lads to work the belt. But since the agency have offered me work for the whole of next week I am with them.
But I don’t see it far off now though
the fub:
Bye bye
Yer screw you an all pal!
Don’t know whether to laugh or cry!!!
You seem to have got yourself all worked up over nowt old chap!
Take a breather and do some yoga in your spare time, id also suggest that you start smoking marijuana and listen to Bob marley! Then once you have mellowed, head back and see the 2 farmers in ireland, then head down to Kesh and have tea with blakely, buy him some fish and chips and ask him to take you back! Easy peasy
fermanagh in croker this weekend.fingers crossed.nolans are looking a man to check the temperature in the truckwash if ur game.rain hat provided.

Given this never happened as its another Walter Mitty persona you’re trying, do you ever get bored trying to create a new character? Guess the schools have broken up so you’ve plenty of time on your hands between this and doing your homework, playing on your bike, roller booting, wapping one off to the Kay’s catalogue etc etc
Amazing what they have for young ones these days.
I start work at the scrap yard on Monday.
Today was my last driving day ever as the agency has cancelled me for the rest of the week. 2 days a week on agency is no way to go, but things are quiet at the moment.
A few weeks ago I rang round some haulage companies in Scotland for a job and the bull and hot air coming from there mouths was enough to fly the titanic. At least they all agreed it was quiet at the moment and when I ask why; one guy from the North East said it is because the oil price is low. Another 2 said it was to do with the holiday season, but when the holidays are on everything is busy and drivers are absent.
Even TP Niven said it was due to the holidays when I asked and I said do you think we are due another recession, recessions he said we don’t have recessions at our company. I said oh right so over the last 10 years it has never gone quiet for your self’s and he said the only time it has gone quiet for us is in the last 2 weeks as we are immune to recessions. I though what a proper ■■■■ but if he is happy we all the lies and bull of modern day life and would like to think he is doing better then he actually is, so long as he’s happy with him self and all he idiot friends in the industry let em roll. Roll on bullst I say.
Nature of the beast I’m afraid.
One thing is for sure we are all due a recession now. The only reason it has picked up in the last 18 month is because government borrowing+ spending has gone up so they could win the election. But now we must suffer the opposite effects of this for a similar time period. Why do you think the news has announced that employment has risen!
Oh well best find a job I can’t loose like driving work for all the wrong reasons, everything that is wrong with this world lies within road haulage.
All the best to your road haulage and good luck with the fascism bureaucracy and persecution. As I’m sure it will only get more extreme
Well, that post ended abruptly, the white coats must have turned up to administer the night medication…

That is so right, especially those Islamic State Truckers, they are a right bunch of rascals.
What a thread this has been, very baffling to read.
