There is no rule against having more than one user name so why wouldn’t you be allowed to register as PLT? Only those on pre mod or on permanent bans are not allowed to re-register under a different name and you fall into neither of those categories.

Delete account, is where you cannot sign in, No access to Driver Vacancies, no access to PM’s and such
Pre Mod account = An account where messages have to be approved prior to posting
Guest account = View most of site, some areas you cannot view
Now since I lost all messages, Unable to Post a message, But able to View Driver vacancies, What state was my original account in ■■
Now you try it as a Guest, simple way to try is to Log out and then try viewing Drivers vacancies, You can’t
Now one or more mods must of told the likes of Pavaroti, that I was on Pre Mod, Now how is that to be known, Only Mods or site admin would know, not the standard member
Also I have seen on another post, which I cannot find, but I am sure Shuttlespanker will find it, Usually does, It states that no account is ever deleted, as many do come back and would regret that their account has been deleted.

i am really intrigued, as when you first put the comment up, the first person you quoted was pavaroti, and then in a later post, you quoted yourself and said that you re-joined due to a post i made 
so, was it me or was in in fact pavaroti
personally, i really don’t give a toss whether you stay and enjoy the forum or you go and do your own thing
but, i will give you a word of advice, if you stay, you might be advised to remove that massive chip that is currently lodged on your shoulder, grow up, and treat the forum for what it is!
there was a thread in the owner drivers forum, both yourself and another member were constantly bickering between yourselves, a Mod asked both of you politely to shut up and behave, but no, between the pair of you, you carried it on and ended up getting over half of the thread deleted
you picked on my comments about giving you a job and stated that you have got more experience than me (personally, i doubt that), but, my comment was not about your experience, but more about your mental attitude
if you decide to stay, be happy and enjoy the forum, but, if you decide to keep your promise from your other account, i sincerely wish you the best of luck in your search for a job and that you will be happy with it

No moderator or admin told any member you were on pre mod… because you have never been on pre mod… so they couldnt have…
You requested your account deleted, we dont delete accounts as that would make nonsense of many threads but will put them read only - which is what happened to yours ( if you want it back all you have to do is ask) 
And you are not being put down by the majority of members replying to your posts because you are a woman, there are plenty of members here who are female, you are getting grief because members percieve you have an attitude.
Plenty of male members get similar grief if they post in the same way.

As we don’t delete accounts a compromise was reach in regard to your request to have it deleted, it was changed to read only, which for you has the same affect as a deleted account but your posts can still be seen and that way they don’t make threads confusing.

That has nothing to do with your ■■■ and all to do with you being a bit dim, something which knows no gender boundaries, and not knowing how forums work. I moved it because it is nothing to do with driving and all about the site, so it went to the site feedback forum and not the forum about driving matters. I hope this helps.
I am very concerned about the fact you seem to be held hostage at the moment, with a gun to your head forcing you to use this site. That must be what is happening because nobody in their right mind would continue to use a site they seem to have so many issues with voluntarily, would they? If the person holding you hostage turns their attention away from you for a moment do try to get a message out on one of the social networking sites, or even call the police and maybe an attempt could be launched to rescue you from this awful predicament.
