Theres always someone who knows how to bypass/disable things its just finding them, ive just spent 1700 quid fixing an adblue fault then got talking to a bloke who can turn it off altogether for 300 quid , i know what i will be doing next time it goes ■■■■ up

£1700 ffs, lots of adblue removel gizmos on ebay etc never tried 1 but i will.

So once the engine has warmed up fully what pressure is the cooling system running at then?

the pressure relief cap is marked .95 bar + 0.05 so about 14psi ish so normal operating must be 10 ish not a lot!!!

Have there ever been any investigations into why they have failed?

Replaced “high pressure cooler” yesterday,another load of bollox.
So refilled cooling system under vacuum (as per MAN instructions)
Another load of ■■■■■■■■
Fired this garbage up and checked to try to find the “half a bar” of pre load
Conclusion The mans full o ■■■■■

Grease ■■■■■■ under the bottom kingpin cap WTF .
