In UK they don’t have such strict height limits as here on the mainland, (someone more knowledgable than me will tell you exactly how high you can run)
There is NO official height limit in the UK 
However most OLD motorway bridges are 16 foot 6 inch… loads over this height are claaified as abnormal loads and are routed via torturous high load routes to avoid low bridges, powerlines etc and which take forever (Rugby to Inverness- 4 Days 
)
