Tramping & council tax etc

I lived in the truck for 4 months when split with my ex-wife. I quite enjoyed it and if it hadn’t been for needing somewhere to have the kids (always thinking of the children! ) I would have carried on with it.
The hardest part was laundry, not many places to do it in uk as oppose to plenty on the road in euroland.

I am that “Rambling Man”

I wish I had that soundtrack as I drove through snug German villages as the lights from the cosy houses shone onto the road.

Or as I saw granny take the kids to school. Along some never to be seen again back street, as I drove to Aranda wondering if I’ll ever join the real world again?

Makes me glad I’m on a night out in Heywood and I’ll be home tomorrow.

Cool song Harry, thanks

One thing that i looked into was Paying taxes even when you are not in this country (working abroad) but unless you have an address in another country and possibly the company that you work for has an office overseas then you are still liable for income tax, the council tax is just the same,

The tax returns for international drivers stopped about 10 years ago IIRC.

That was also an incentive to live in a tin box, 90 days rule
