The problem is that English is not a very good written language. The original idea of the written word was to make pencil marks to record speech, but over time our written language became corrupted.
Russian is a pure language, whenever you see a word you know exactly how to pronounce it because all letters are always pronounced the same way. It is not possible for there to two different ways of spelling the same sound.
How about ‘should/would of’ instead of ‘should/would have’
