Your supposed to be trying to get a job driving and complaining that your age experience is letting you down, I’m pretty sure 3 points is going to look great on your CV and help you secure that lucrative job.

Don’t sit there and dictate to me what I should and shouldn’t be doing, do you seriously think I was speeding on purpose? Anyone on this forum who knows me in real life or personally will know how much that means to me. If you had read my post properly you would see the reason, smart ■■■.
Oh and there’s nothing wrong with my lights, it’s just a brand new car so they’re extremely bright. Standard bulbs fyi.

You touched a nerve, nothing thrown out of the pram. I’m very proud to have my Class C and I wouldn’t do anything on purpose to endanger is. I know it’s a bit of a lame excuse but like it or not, or believe it or not it’s true. I don’t need you to tell me what will endanger my license and what won’t, lesson learnt and even though it wasn’t intentional it still opened my eyes to how easy it can happen.
The traffic car WAS stationary. I came from behind them, travelling eventually in front of them. I’m thinking chances are they were clocking the oncoming traffic rather than the traffic from behind them.
You’l more than likely be OK then in that case.
Im still very sceptical of the photo / video evidence thing mentioned above though. Ive seen them sat in the spot with the lazer speed gun i mentioned from my experiance before, i cant imagine them doing it for the hell of it or just to “test the water” with no FPN’s being issued.

because from my left was coming a police car with emergency lights on. I let him pass through the junction and i passed afther him
but i was in middle when i realised that the light changed into red . There is a trafic light camera in that junction. My question is if i
will have a fine for this.

Did you see if any flash went off? Could be worth pho ing the police foce non emergency number and see if they can help trace the car driver to corroborate your version of events.
Sadly, i now have the attitude of not wanting to go through a red to get out the way if its a junction with a camera. The police are even trained not to try and force traffic through lights but to either wait or go round any obstruction.
Crap attitude to have? Well yes it is, but all the time the authorities insist on such a inflexible system that lacks common sense when it comes to challenging tickets on occasions like this, my attitude remains the same.
