when I can get my pics uploaded I have some of the new belle bodied car transporter which serv’s the Nissan contract in sunderland. I havnt got the name of it sorry, however its based on a 4x2 scania p-cab day cab. I have pics of it in scania workshop.

There is a boat load on Scania trucks chassis to be car transporters in TruckEast Wellingbourough having the 3rd lift axle fitted before they head off to have the transporter bit fitted.

thats because all of the autologic (transporter engineering) bodied transporters are to be replaced by end of january with 6x2 rigid belle bodied drawbars. god help stobarts as the belle bodies will not stand the abuse the transporter engineering bodies are taking & are axpected to have a 7yr life expectancy.
