as far as i know the last vehicles tax free and officialy classed as historic had to be manufactured before 31/12/1972. but i am probably wrong
Correct as it wasn’t a ‘rolling’ 25 years. My post above refers to historic status with regards to tacho rules as oppossed to VED though
