The photo you have of a Bulmers lorry (from the collectors fair)is not the same company that ran the “Bug” as it was called,my father used to drive for them back in the 50s,and if my memory serves me well they were an RAF type blue at the bottom and silver /grey top,hope this helps :grimacing:

Thanks for that, I’ve had a few folks tell me similar information, and I’m sure you’re all right. I’m probably getting confused with F&F Robinson, who also ran some unusual gear and were also from the northeast, and perhaps a bit of Robsons thrown in as well. It was a long time ago…
