My new engine is a 302 bored and stroked to 347 so a fraction under 5.7ltr all balanced and lightened with aluminium race heads, 7500rpm redline and 450+ bhp, brakes and suspension uprated to handle it, should be a proper bundle of fun.
That thing is a weapon.Itll be worth more than it’s cost to build.
Might be able to fit cross ram manifold and weber carbs or throttle bodies and injection if got space.I know they do the kit for the small block Fords.

Just about ready to go on the road, final engine figures worked out at 331ci so about 5.4ltr made 450bhp at 6000rpm and 428ft lbs torque at 4500rpm.
With a redline of 7000rpm we recon it was on for close to 500bhp but with all the torque happening at 4500rpm theres not much point in taking it much past that.
1st gear up to 2,500 but no more than 1/2 throttle or less, 2nd gear up to around 4,500, 3rd gear up to 5,000.Rear tyres probably won’t last long and no need for power steering.
