I would say that was taken in the 80s.

Councils here were certainly still using old TJs and Leyland WFs for that type work in the 1980s.I preferred them to the TK.

One of our many Bedford Marsden which seems to be making a delivery. From the look of the premises I suspect delivering new office furniture. I don’t know where the photo was taken but it has been suggested it was probably on South Coast
