If it wasn’t for the BMC 1100 in the background and the fact that the children have sandalls or shoes on their feet you could have dated that to the 1950s. Rather sad to think that there were streets like that as late as 1970.

Unfortunately you could place that scene in a large number of UK towns and cities in the 1970’s and in some case the 1980’s.
