Ok I’ve got ROY on mine which is a kind of nickname (rob ROY ) that a lot of people call me. I always turn it around the day before if I am off in case anybody goes on my motor and severly ■■■■■■ someone off, and I get lamped the next time he sees me.
It’ s better than the one on the truck I got handed many years ago, it was put on by the previous driver with sticky letters that would not come off. It said ‘‘Mad as a ■■■■ ing hatter’’ the dirty looks I got off mainly women with kids was embarrasing to say the least, and did not put me or the co. in the best of lights, in fact I’m surprised they put up with it.
It got scraped off as soon as I got back at the weekend.
I did see “Fanny Magnet” on the back of an FH cab a while back. I remember wondering what kind of a fanny would become magnetised by a lorry, and thinking that I probably wouldn’t want anything to do with it anyway. That afternoon I had two hours in the waiting room at Sainsbury’s Northampton and everything became clearer. I was right as well.
