well with the weather been good today got krackin on first attempt not bad

looks good mate

looks well fair play

cheers not bad for a 1st attempt plus not the easiest part to do in the topline , rear board is going to be better using 2" foam on that so the diamonds will stick out more and the topbunk is getting done and the kitchen pack too

Chris pull the fold"s tighter mate that way you will get a better dimond use the staple gun “your fingers will hurt pulling them tight” , be canny with 2" foam esp on your corners where the panels meet each other as you will come un stuck trying to put them in, a little tip for you as well to make sure your dimonds run level to each mark the panels so you make a cpl of refrence points " top and bottom"so when you put the panels togheter you get the dimonds following on as you no i will be ROUND!! pointing the mistakes out you have done but after you have bought the bacon sarnies 1st tho   its easy really  just dont spoil it with the dimonds running out of line etc

there prong backs darren so they dont need stapling down , plus marked it all out on the foam where the buttons would go the with a hole saw bigger than the button head cut the foam away and its only 1.5" foam on that panel did not want to go to thick on the top as as of the bunk when flipped down may rip the leather , and aslong as we leave 2" from the top of the panels they should all line up hopefully :unamused:

anyways got some pink leather to do ours next

the staple gun is for the pleats where you fold them into the button hole staple them down!! then put your button thro the hole that way you are keeping your pleats tight “bit like you and your old fellas pockets” and not relying on the buttons to keep the pleats in place  , as i say its just a little tip for you thats all :open_mouth: makes life a little easyier then your pleats" dimonds" dont fall out like you are getting trust me i done many, many interiors
or even pull your buttons thro and staple the wings on the back of the lining to keep them tight !! again you two :grimacing: no all about been tight :grimacing: :grimacing:

you got some pink leather to do your dads next is that what your saying i always said yours was a very funny type of family mmmmh pink to make the boys wink ey
