Poland/Polish is not a race. Nor is any other EE country. Please educate yourself on the difference between the two before binning people’s posts as being racist when the are not.The legal definition as defined by the Crown Prosecution Service and the basis on which they prosecute
Racial group - this means any group of people who are defined by reference to their race, colour, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin. This could include Gypsies and Travellers, refugees, or asylum seekers or others from less visible minorities. There has been a legal ruling that Jews and Sikhs are included in the definition of racial group.
The quote is from the Equality Act 2010 - a relatively new piece of legislation which was only brought in to appease the snowflakes and is considered by nearly everyone involved with law to be a complete and utter farce 
. Not that you need someone to point that out when you note that Travellers are covered by it 
. Before this farce of an Act came to be, race did not cover nationality. To insinuate that your members are racists for posting facts (backed up with evidence) that our EE bretheren are not particularly good at driving and even go so far as to delete such content that dares to say anything negative about them because it’s deemed to be “borderline racist” is pretty shameful and pathetic in my opinion. Is this the UK or China?
Perhaps you should be making a specific list of the topics that can be discussed on this site as it would be shorter than the list of ones that can’t. Today we have learned that any discussion of EE drivers in a negative light is racist, discussion of Stobrat drivers in a negative light is not permitted either because that’s deemed to be generalising and stereotyping and the sensitive petals may get offended. I’m sure the same rule will apply to anything negative said about agency drivers too for the same reasons. What about all the negative comments about the NI and Tang drivers that regularly get aired here? Why isn’t that deemed to be racist and deleted as per your Equality Act 2010 legislation as they are separate nationalities and someone is bound to be offended that they’re all being tar-brushed?
As always, you only apply the rules when it suits - as evidenced by the thousands of posts live on the site criticising EE driver standards that you’ve now indirectly admitted are all racist. As you repeatedly like to trot out the excuse that such conduct must be stamped out to protect TruckNet from being sued, then I’d be correct in thinking that you and the mods will be spending the next few weeks removing all those racist posts, right?
No, thought not . Proof if it were ever needed of the highly selective moderation tactics and censorship in force here.
