Hi Marcus,
Many thanks for all the great pics you keep putting on,you never cease to amaze me !!
I took your advice and photographed this Foden today looks like it was operated in your area !
Also a couple of Magirus shots for NZ JAMIE I think the 232 SYA 12 R was ex Milcox or Streets

that foden was new to Dave Draper in Barnstaple was run in ARC colours up until he retired he sold it to a chap in Saltash it was then painted orange RMC colours i believe.
Here is a couple of pics of the century oils kenworth that i took at brands hatch , hope you like them
Evening all, Gentlemen superb pictures! Thank you all. Bubbleman, Cyril Forrester from Whixall, Shropshire his Foden chinese six is probably long gone, but Cyril purchased the first F88 that Hartshornes from Walsall, ever sold. Chrome grille, 8speed, ran it on straw on the farm for at least two years, if not longer, before registering it! Oh happy the days of 100% capital allowances, now long gone! Just going to Somerset for a second, Leonard Parsons sold an amazing number of Magirus 232, and 310 tractors, I think almost twice the national average. I always thought Michael Streets fleet from Watchet particularly striking in that maroon and white livery. Tremendous thread this, really gets the “little grey cells” working, Cheerio.

G’day fellas,
Thanks for yet more pics and info of and about Maggies.
Here’s some more ‘Pommie Kenwoths’ for you. I took these over the weekend while doing the rounds.
They are used for moving trailers and freight on the Cook Strait ferrys between the North and South Islands.
They should last a while being on or near the water with the fiberglass cabs.
Spot the rice burner in the middle.
Hello lads, great pics from down under Jamie, well done mate, heres todays helping.
Cheers Bubbs,

Nice shot of the AEC Mammouth Minor Marc,I re-call that Brady’s had 6 on order in 1967 and because of the lumber that the sole Mandator they ran had given they cancelled the order as it had the same engine as the MM.Dennis.
