Yeah, Rose’s Cafe in the parade before Chambers Wharf - she was a right miserable old type, her
daughter worked there, a bit happier as I remember and the old man cooked.

Happy days

She was my Aunt

Hi Marc Jim Ski has been busy look at these models of two of my trucks

Jim in the real Volvo

Hello Pat,

Is BBM 326T one of Mr.Caves ex-Planthaul motors, BBM 327T was a 4x2 unit with Trilex wheels and BBM 328T a 6x4 unit.

I’m trying to gather some photos of the EPH / Planthaul/Plantship / Plowman fleet, if anyone can help I’d be grateful.

Cheers, Nick

Hello again,Seddons,Sed/Atks etc today.

.

Cheers Bubbs.

This is the closest I’ve seen to an ex lorry of mine on the thread, in 86/87 I had UGC 844W, it also came off the Watney fleet, I think it was around the time that Brewliners started up & they (Watneys) got a load of new F10s, anyway back to the Sudden Accident, it had an E290 ■■■■■■■ & a fully automatic gearbox, that made it a real flying machine away from the lights. I went to Germany a few times in the old girl, happy memories, thanks Bubbs

Wow, My dad drove UGC 840W for a haulage company in Liverpool who did work for Watneys. They bought a few of them from Watneys.

Hello,heres some more.

Cheers Bubbs,

finally caught up again excellent work yet again mate

in your vast collection i dont suppose youve got any pictures of petrol tankers belonging to either spencer abbott or lee’s petroleum from the west midlands have you?

W.H.Williams Spennymoor Ford D Series boxvan based and potographed at out London Depot

Hi Carl,
Was it part of W.H. Williams yard that Newsflow operated from ?
I think they only opperated 3 of these Leyland Freighters at the Spennymoor depot around 1986,- 97, running to the Daily Mirror at Manchester to collect papers each night. The wagon & drag in the photo was from their Manchester depot, I only ran to the Spennymoor depot once and remember it being somewhere near a Black & Decker warehouse.

They’re the suspects in the plot to blow up all non muslims in Bradford; If it’d succeeded, as many as 5 people could’ve died

That photo reminds me of my Jeep Wrangler on election day in Banjul. There must have been 30 blokes hung off the back and I was trying to shake them off. :stuck_out_tongue:
