I forgot about their place at Litherland Malc,used to take wet acetone in from Glaxo at Ulverston,the place was falling apart like the one at Cadishead.When was that photo taken,any idea?

Do you remember the explosion at Solvay Interox. We had a great job running Hydrogen Peroxide over to Warrington, it lasted about 8 months and we had 3 trucks double shifted from Hull or Immingham

Great shot of the bedford, coming out of the Standard Triumph factory at Coventry. In the mid 60’s I used to go on nights with my Dad and load the ferry cars just in front of that building

I was at stillers for 38 years,in that time there was no association, at the time of the photo Stillers livery would be as photo posted.Vic.

or some of ‘Clarkes’ from bristol area as well , used to have a bulk store at avonmouth ,iirc they were white with maroon livery ? . i used to haul rapemeal & sugar beet pulp out of there
blimey the list could go on , T&T from exeter, Greendale also from exeter & georges from devon & Dave Robins i think they gave up early 2002ish ? same sort of livery as Dave Pollards

wyatts had me dads old F7 well they had all of dalgetys old trucks he had a farm just off the A37 by where that funny looking council salt and grit store is have we ever delivered up there mate ?
are you talking about that dome type store before you go down over clutton hill ? i’ve not delivered anything round that way mate i know he had an F7 bulker years back at dunball he used to load it till the stuff would fall off the sides to deliver into bibbys !
I went to Duxford Airfield yesterday (Triumph gathering-mate’s got a GT6), and spotted this smart Scania used within the site for pulling a Battle of Britain simulator ride.
