I guess the answer to my original question is no-one has got loads and loads, just a few for show.
I really can’t see why some people rave about them, I suppose they get looked at because the are different. Volvo’s NH I think is much better looking, still an FH in there somewhere by the look, but at least sculpted in there rather than screwed on.
They are a total waste of space on UK regs unless you pull a tanker, bulker or a 30’ skelly. In Europe there are several companies that run a few but they are not used as the mainstay of the fleet…
Stute Confituren run a fleet of NH12 with tankers and can be seen barreling into Rotterdam every morning at around 5 AM to collect orange juice.
I would quite like the idea of owning an NH but when the work dries up you are stuffed
Alford Traffic from Lincolnshire ( mainly yellow & black bulk tippers ) seem to have quite a few. Either that or one of the drivers is on a good bonus scheme

Haha had to laugh today, saw an Economic Skips T cab pulling a bulker.
It was a day cab. How sad is that.
I used to work for economics they got it at a very good price as it was a canceled order and two drivers had a punch up over who was going to drive it when they got it.
