Bit of a longshot, but can someone identify the lorry?
I’d say Scania LB 76.
This Unic must have been quite unique (no pun intended) at the time in Holland, as I don’t think the Unic brand was sold in big numbers, or that they even had an official Unic dealernetwork in Holland. They might have been sold via the Fiat network?

Maybe an army truck, but very ugly!
Nice one Froggy55. Very interesting.
Excellent Fergie47. You sure are getting the hang of this.
Johnny, but it only let me reply 3 times…still not too sure yet…
It’s to stop you talking to yourself!
As soon as someone else posts, you can start again with another 3 goes.
Ah…ummmmmmmm, I’ll remember that,
no spell checker on a reply then ?.
and no preview to check your pics ?..
In the 80’s use to load wine at a family run business near Saumur. We were thinking of taking a break down in the Loire for a couple of days so thought I might go see them. They had their own wagon and drag delivering their products in France and I use to bump into their driver on quiet a few occassions, so it suprised me when i went on to google to check out their location to see the same old Iveco parked up in the yard…Not sure how old the google map is or whether its still there, but itll be interesting to find out.
Mmm, are you sure? With me the preview of the pictures appears after a short time.
Keep going. We appreciate your contributions.
Sometimes the pictures have a date when the picture was taken - located bottom right in the picture.
I love the Loire…Back in the 90’s had many a good meal, and a few weekends in Saumur.
Mostly used the Resto almost under the bridge. That was still there a few months back, but most of the parking had been built on, and there a McDo next door.
The Resto near the peage entry is still going strong I believe.
Many very friendly family vignerons still going strong around that way, but the wine groupage has had the arse kicked out of it by Brexit. Full loads still around but less of the multi stuff.
At risk of doing a Toby…the Tank Museum is huge and the Chateau is well worth a visit.
