Sat nav falling off the windscreen

Hold sat nav on dash 4inch nail large hammer strike nail with hammer job done.Mind thumb for H@S rules apply.

Don’t put it on the curve of the screen either it makes for a smaller vacuum and then the bugger falls off :open_mouth:

it shouldnt be stuck on windscreen should it,or at least not in the wiper sweep.

When I’m unfortunate enough to be driving a DAF I stick my sat nav to the display screen in the instrument binnacle.

Use baby wipes for the sucker and glass cleaner for the window.

smear a little cooking oil on the edge of the rubber suction cup after cleaning it and the windscreen with alcohol wipes, the problem will be getting it off again :wink:

In my Scania there’s a little money tray just below the parking brake, the suction cup for my tom-tom wedges in there perfectly :smiley:
