Reversing an artic

Took 4 shunts to get it straight onto the dock today, maybe I need new glasses lol. It was either bit too much to the right or too much to the left. Small adjustments seem to be harder now than getting the bugger in the box lol

Newbies (and many experienced drivers) fail at small adjustments because they think they’re shuffling a car over and not an artic. You need 3 (not 2) movements. One to move the front of the trailer, the next to straighten the trailer up and the third just before the trailer becomes straight to straighten the combination.

It’s one of the trickiest things to do IMO. You are right, it is harder than getting it in the initial gap.

Of all the videos I looked at I found this one, although a left ■■■■■■, to be very good on parking between 2 wagons and have limited space to turn cab around. Let me know what you think.
