Ha ha yes no more wagons out of there anymore. The quarry hole is full to the top of water now.

Saw this at Long rake spar near Bakewell on Monday morning.

This digs the gravel out at Gill Mill Quarry.
Foster Yeoman Merehead Quarry. Around the mid to late 60’s.,and not a foreign lorry on site and the Westerns
ruled the road with the stone trains.Bit different today. .Mike.
