How hard to reverse? Or do you just drive into places and they get it all off with forklifts and you drive forward out.

Hard to reverse…? Nah, why would it be…? You’ve got 2 pivot points like with truck & trailer but with b-train your ‘drawbar’ is just a bit longer. 3+3 b-trains are ■■■■ easy to reverse cause they are so calm and especially those long, H-plated ones (normal lenght for b-train and truck & trailer in NZ is 20m but with H-permit it can be extended upto 24m(special b-trains), our combinations are the usual 22,3m) but 3+2 is a bit different story. And besides, havin cabover european tractor that actually turns, it makes it even easier when comparing to i.e. sleeper cab Kenworth (yes, I do have experience from those as well).
Most of the places in NZ are drive in & out cause so many kiwi truckies dunno how to reverse these things but I’ve never had any probs. After all, I’ve started with 25m truck & trailers and used to backing into docks. Every now and then you do get the odd place where you gotta reverse into somewhere but it’s still so easy when dealing with general freight cause you never back into dock.
I had never dealt with b-trains until I came to NZ, main thing with them is just to stay calm and do small movements.
