What I’m driving now:Tone
Nice swap mate.
I don’t get flashed by speed cameras any more, nor do I have a tacho. The driving position can be a little wet and breezy at times, but the sleeper cab is spacious, complete with central heating, kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and office desk. The MPG is a little low, but I never get flat tyres.

Nice to drive hate the bed
Yup, lousy mattress in the Merc’s. I always take the top bunk mattress down and use that as well. The mattress is so hard it does my back in. Why can’t they spend an extra 20 quid and get something decent in ? What use is a driver who’s off sick with a bad back ■■

See I like a good firm mattress like the one in the Merc.
I’ve been driving this wagon for very nearly 4 years and had no bother sleeping on it, or had any bother from my back. Thats not bad going because I’ve got arthritis in my back, so it complains most strongly if I’m sleeping on a duff mattress.
