silly question, but, how do you get the potatoes in and out of the tanker?

Itβs not a tanker Rob, itβs a tuber!!!
We have had this on hire for the past few days whilst one of regular trucks is in for some work. Renault Midlum, with a 4 over 4 box which was good fun, our usual wagons are just six speeders.
what do the regular trucks look like then?

Hahaha β¦ β¦ itβs mash . . . .
(itβs actually bagmuck, concentrated in a liquid suspension, to spread on the fields . . . but thereβs me talking a load of s**t again )

Here are some.
14T Mercedes Atego
DAF
18T DAF
I got to play with a CF today, donβt know why we had it (I presume one of the others was either broken down or in for MOT or something) anyway, I really liked this truck, not sure what engine was in it but it sounded great, nice loud exhaust brake as well. Six speed box but with the lever bent forward (I hope that makes sense). Hope I get to drive it again. It was a bit tight getting it into Novatel in Reading though this evening.
This is my latest truck, Iβm just in the process of polishing it up.
Il do the wheels next week.
Alex, are you still a ltd company self employed etc, or are you a Devanney driver now? If the former, how long are you on there for? Bet yer dad is proud! He worked there if i remember some of your old pics.?
Not quite a truck. My van at the mont blanc
