The New DAF XF105 of M8 recovery 3 wheeler and of Houge Green

I’m also a tower i work with a big 8 wheeler DAF 95:

Just a bit of fun but this is what happened to a Big Shiny DAF breakdown lorry this year. I did the Transpennine Rally this year from Birch Services on the M62 to The Stray in Harrogate, it was a bit sticky underfoot and the DAF was doing sterling work pulling us out when we got stuck, until he got bogged himself ? have a look and smile :smiley: :smiley: :smiley: :smiley: :unamused: :arrow_right:

I love seeing things like that, you cant beat simple, rugged reliability can you!! Spose it was some sort of Electronic sensor or stupid computer shut down that crippled the DAF? Over 60% of Breakdowns are computer related now, Technology gone mad. :cry:

I WAS ONLY IN AN 18TONNE RIGID AND IT WAS EMPTY, BUT NEVER THE LESS, THIS FH WAS CHANGING UP GEARS GOING UPHILL, SUCH A SMOOTH RIDE, SUPPOSE CREDIT IS TO BE GIVEN TO THE DRIVER ASWELL
