Oily now you posted a GUY here is an Warrior for you, Buzzer
That Smith’s Albion photo would have been taken when they had their own land for spud growing,Nocton is just south of Lincoln not far off the A15 Sleaford road.

Here’s a couple of timber wagons from back a bit, I did a bit of that in the mid 70’s, Buzzer
That second photo is a challenge for the make of lorry. It has a Moss back axle from the hub design, Guy used Moss axles. Ten stud wheels, so again could be Guy, the extended radiator suggests that it has been re-engined with a Gardner 6LW. Could be a Guy, but it could also be a home built “bitsa”

Front end looks like a Gilford? I remembered that bumper profile, my brain works now and again!

That looks like my sort of company, why spend time washing the thing when you could be cracking off with another load! My name must have appeared fewer times than any other driver in the weekly wash book at Tilcon but the cab was clean on the inside!

Pete.
I think you’ve nailed it Pete. Gilford it is. Only made between 1926 and 1935, assembled from bought-in components. More passenger vehicles built than lorries, but not many of either. Buda engines fitted to early Gilfords, then Meadows from about 1930. Unreliability of Meadows engines meant that most were replaced. There is still a farming business of R. Stamp in Market Rasen. (Isn’t the internet wonderful?)
