I must have told the story before but… the first car I ever owned was a 1925 Austin 7 saloon, (no I did not buy it new, cheeky buggas ), anyway, I bought it in Ardwick Manchester, money changed hands and off I goes over the A62 and Standedge (no problems). We were only a young couple at the time, no money, the little Austin needed new tyres, we couldn’t afford, so it had to go. A sad day for us both, I think Mrs GOM loved it more that she did me
I keep saying to her “let’s sell the Jaguar and buy a little fully restored Austin.”…she thinks I’m mad.
Well Buzzer, my initial thought was that it is a Ford from the States but what do I know eh!
