One day, when I have the time, I will put a thread together showing the entire correspondence chain involving a private parking company charge notice and the POPLA appeal. For now, I’ll just show a partial scan of the letter I send whenever I receive one. I have this template saved on my computer so all I ever need to do is change the reference number.
I’m not really interested in the rights and wrongs of whether I should pay the parking fee. I have three hobbies, steam railways, narrowboating and irritating CP Plus, and by far the cheapest hobby is irritating CP Plus.
