Paid 10hrs when away from home

ok here it is in a nutshell … job we do , you cant do it in 10hrs , usually it takes between 13 to 15 hrs to do … so been at transport guy and boss to say , ‘’ well if you are only paying 10 hrs thats the amount of time i will be giving you ‘’…so trucks wont be home 2 nights out of the 5 to get the freight distributed… he aint chuffed …■■ i done 15hrs last thursday to get the freight home and low and behold i only got paid a poxy 10hrs , where do i stand legally on this , i know he is going to start being a funny bugger if i only give him the time i get paid for working …

Where you stand depends on what your contract says. Without that information your question can’t be answered and accurate advice given.

I know what I would he doing regardless of the contract though. :wink:

You mention two days a week but what hours are you having to work the other three, a lot of companies these days pay on a fixed shift that will hopefully average out over the week.

Apart from that as Neil said it depends on your employment contract.

thanks guys … what contract …lol…spoke to him yesterday and hopfully being seen to …its been a case of the office gimps not talking to one another by the looks of it , thanks for your imput anyways , safe one …
