+1 i would certainly object, i would tell Beverly Bell where to goseriously, i could help anyone out if the distance wasnt too far, i have both National and International cpc so could act on their behalf, but unfortunately i am down south in kent , and that is deemed too far by vosa standards.
Two other points, one poster said take the 6 months grace until he has taken the cpc himself, since when can you have 6 months without a TM.
2. If he has a national cpc, does he in fact want International, or is it because he isnt the dedicated T/M
Unless it’s been recently changed it’s always been 6 months to re employ a tm . If a tm just quits from a firm they are not just expected to stop trading . I’m not trying to be picky can you re phrase the second point as I can’t quite get the jist of it
