it will all end in tears
I don’t think so,stay in yorkshire moaning and groaning,mr happy
i will eating my lovely yorkshire puds( YUM YUM ). You wont go short of ice cubes will you?hahahahaha
no we won’t go short of ice cubes and i make my own yorkshire puds.
You can buy them in Safeway or Sobeys, anyhow.
Do you notice the emphasis he puts on BAA? Hmmm?!
Anyway, as Teabreak said, someone else who doesn’t want to try perhaps. Just wondering if I have maybe spoken to this person at some point. I have no intention of getting into any sort of row with him, but if it’s who I think it is then he is a wrong’un.
Like you, Mrs Rocket, I’m glad I made the move. I have no regrets at all. You know my own circumstances at present, and I still don’t regret it.
Not only will we not run out of ice cubes, we won’t be ■■■■■■■■ about the snow as they know how to deal with it here, we won’t ■■■■■ about the traffic, the people who make us afraid to walk down the street at night, the problem neighbours in the terrace who go racing up and down the street all night.
None of it because people are nice here. It makes us act nicer.
I tell you something, I would never have wanted him as a neighbour. That really would have ended in tears.
Hi Mr.s Rocket WE are all waitÃng for you next

Hi Brit Pete
that person won’t upset me,i am enjoying life too much here in canada to get upset by someone who thinks putting things on here will put people off coming to canada.
life is too short to think about what might have been.

Hello mrs rocket
you have convinced me I have a chance with a trucking company in canada.
could you answer a few questions for me
i applied to a firm before ,and they advised me to bring about £45000 with me, what would you consider to an adverage sum to take
i would like to come over first and get astablished, then bring my family over .
did you buy a house straight away, or did you rent
can a family of five live on the wages while training
I did not mean to be rude in my posts just fishing in my own way .
Any help would be good. your old friend mr humbug
hello Stevo1.
I’m glad to hear that you are thinking of moving to Canada.
You have a large family and the costs must be fairly heavy.
Your first year in canada will be your most expensive and you’ll probably earn less during that period. Your first year will also be your most difficult.
Come over alone. After about a year, you can bring your family over. Find a nice town or area in a cirty that makes you feel comfortable. Don’t buy, just rent some small place or even a basement suite. Better yet, find a place to share with another person you might bet in the same boat as you. Take your time and don’t rush thing. Think of you first year as the year to make a new foundation. It’s not easy moving to a new country, but you’ll soon learn that the most difficult part is making the first step.
This reminds me; my family has converted an old railway station in a two horse town (I’m sure it has more horses than people) near Medicine Hat. There are many trucking jobs near there. The propery has the station house and another house with four bedrooms. When I return to Canada it might be a good idea to offer lodgings to singles and families until they can get settled in their own places.
And Steve, you’ll also find Canadains to be very helpful to people who have recently moved there.
If you come over by yourself, 2 or 3 thousand pounds with you, and that would be more than enough. Once you’re settled, bring over the rest of your stash.
To give you an idea of houses for sale, you can visit: www.mls.ca
Best of luck, and I’m sure Rocket will have more advice for you.

When you have uploaded them into your album.
Choose the the third hyperlink under the snap IMG CODE.

Next open The Trucknet in another window .
Which means keeping Photobucket & clicking ‘INTERNET’ & finding TRUCKNET & REPLY.
Then PASTE one at a time the snaps you want to copy into the REPLY box.
