IIRC a Bradford company that ran a clearing house type operation in Newcastle in the 1960s.

Sam Anderson’s were based in F. Shorts in Green Lane Felling, a few older ones!

They did buy Shorts out in IIRC 1984, My two sons worked there in the fitting shop, My youngest son allong with several others were paid off, My eldest son was kept on and worked for Andersons, Both ended up working for our family haulage firm, Larry.

Thanks for the update. Can’t remember his surname but there was a guy called Norman ran the office at Newcastle.
Feather & Kents office was on the ground floor in the building on the left of Baltic Chambers, I know this because the firm I worked for on the Quayside Baxters Road Services owned the Baltic Chambers , This was late 50s Early 60s, Larry.
