It certainly is a good paint job Harry, It was painted by a Mr Billy Slaughter who also did the signwriting, He did the singwriting on most of our wagons too, Regards Larry

REF photos Geordie Truck Show Sid the one with Richie Bolams Scania the one next to it is my FL it had just been painted in wavins colours but it had a red visor so me & Proudlocks driver in the photo below that which had a blue visor did a bit of a swap I got his blue one & he took the red one Wonderd what Gordon Armstrong would say about it but he was OK as it did look better

Somebody on earlier asking why Geordie Truckers packed in all of the lads were just working truckers & the show was getting bigger Witton castle was wanting more out of it,It took all yr to organise Maurice Jarvise, Jeff West, Richie Bolam, Jeff Suddas (RIP), Biilie Lister, Davy Rogerson, & me & one or two others that used to help with them. Not so much us on the fringes but the main men got a bit fed up with all the (unpaid) work it took to get it on every yr so Geordie Tuckers was disbanded its a pity because it was a good little show that took nobody``s eyes out not like the likes of Peterboro etc

hey guys did any of you know jeff suddes then. Im his son chris just been having a look for some geordie trucker pics and found this forum.bthanks chris
