If you start work at 06.15am and finish at 19.15 does your 13 hour shift start ticking away at 6 am and do you need to be finished at 7 pm so that you get your 11 hours daily rest.?
If you start work at 06:15 that is when the clock starts ticking, likewise if you start at 06:00.
