in total 50 tonn…those are bulk containers, loaded whit grain( we hang a tent insinde the container, and use a hatch in the roof to load and unload) to Sweden and furniture/cardboard to Norway…
the double front axelconstrution is made to reliefing the driveaxel…both containers are loaded whit grian…buth in the winter it’s getting an sledge effect, and whit backwards driving steers it quite difficult just like an normal trailer.

Excellent photos Martin, and one especially caught my eye - the Chinese Six Trailer. An axle configuration for a drawbar trailer not seen everyday - well, not by me.
I suppose they are common all over scandinavia - at least they are an everyday sight here in Finland - by far the most common in fact.
Wagon and drag combinations like that one in the picture run up to 60 tonnes here and can be up to 25m long.

I´ve never seen a 2+1 axle trailer before in live… More common are 1 or 2 + 1-3 axled trailers

Yes you’re right. How can I be so unobservant? I’ve only been living here for 14 years too

I think 2+1 trailers are common in Norway as you can spot such Norwegian vehicles from time to time even in Finland. Nevertheless I’ve twice seen Finnish registered lorries towing such trailer and they definitely weren’t driving to Norway. Both of these trailers were a bit older “transfer trailers” towed by tippers.
just had a look back through this thread, just great pictures all round, keep them coming please!!
Wonderful pictures as always Martin. I notice there seems to be little snow around, is this normal for this time of year ■■?
