So what’s the alternative?
Vote Labour?
The party of Socialism?
Nope.

All hope is gone
the nodding donkey:

Well, no, not quite.
If we can get Douglas Adamss "improbability drive" off the drawing board, and harness the power of the *almost* impossible to fuel our power stations.... then if the proposal of Nadine Dorries, to get Johnson back in No Ten comes to pass.... we
ll have energy for the next century!
At the very least it will fuel comedy shows for the next 50 years.
New Home Secretary Please!
Very little commentary on this short bit. Yvette Cooper needs no explanation, she is very, very, clear youtube.com/watch?v=uevRdbeNBeQherself.
The Bank of England surely wouldn’t choose to pay higher interest on it’s already huge debt…
The only way to get rates back down though - is to choke off demand to such an extent that a full-blown 1930’s style deflationary crash happens, where “money is worth more, but no one has got any”.
We’ll all be working for Gangters like people lucky enough to find a job in the early 1930’s - did…
It isn’t just Tories who are capable of sharply decresing people’s standard of living with “Austerity Cuts”…
Starmer - will likely have to implement rather sharper cuts - to please his deep state paymasters…
Are people going to riot against Starmer should he become PM on that false premise that “Labour - will solve Broken Britain’s problems”…
Don’t hold your breath.
The future belongs to those who’d give you your next well-paid job.
Be CAREFUL who you set yourself up to work for, I’d suggest… Be careful not to offend your boss in this time of depleted economics!
I’m seeing full timer driving jobs for 40k+ now in the thurrock area… Alas, wrong side of the river for me - but can people afford to take such a lofty commute any more?
I’ve got no intention of wasting 3+ hours per day commuting across the congested Dartford Crossing… Not to mention the wasted fuel and toll charges on top!
And… Braverman goes.
Corinne Stockheath takes her place.

In which universe?
(The infinite improbability drive needs careful handling…)
No government person can keep their promises if they enter a job “determined to do good” only to get knocked back by the irremovable establishment and told “Nope, we’re not letting you do that madam…”
Patel faceplanted over “enforcing our borders” and the promised PT boats in the channel - never happened. Rwanda was resisted tooth and nail by people who should have been locked up in the tower years ago as well…
Now Bravermann says she “sent an email that was against the rules - I resign”… Looks like she sacked herself, before she could be bullied into selling her own soul over the next deep state project that will harm millions of us… Has anyone been paying attention to the way not just “Disabled” people are being cut off at the knees these days, but all the non-complaining “working poor” as well now? Soon, the only people that qualify for “Benefits” will be those who agree to go on the government-sponsored “Protest Marches” like I suspect the Excrutiating Rebellion/Insulthate Britain “factions” are doing… You don’t get arrested for blocking commerce, causing someone to die in the back of an ambulance, blocking a dispatch rider carrying life-saving transplant material - and you don’t get arrested AS a copper for “wounding with intent” so the first we hear about a rogue plod - is when it is already too late for whomever they’ve bumped off for reasons we never actually got to find out, the “truth” being withheld from the public as usual.
You don’t get arrested for kiddie fiddling, but you get chucked in jail straight away for getting pushy with Plod to arrest someone who’s just felt-up your kid daughter in plain sight…
Meanwhile Stateside, you don’t get arrested for murdering an unarmed protestor climbing through a window, but you get totally busted for leaning on the neck of someone in the process of dying from a fentynal overdose, who would have been no loss to the world anyways…
There’s no peace without justice - and justice has been taken away, and replaced with proxy wars, lies that kill people, and irremovable (without violence at least) politicians that will break any of their own laws - just to stay in office.
We Brits might melt away on demand - but will Americans, tooled-up as they are already?
I wonder how much longer it’ll be before THIS country starts using it’s secret agents to murder members of the general public in plain sight?

Corrinne Stockheath,
aka
Michael Green, Grant Shapps, Sebastian Fox.
(ASide currently, it`ll change soon, Shapps Wiki entry says:
“He was named as Home Secretary in October 2022 replacing Suella Braverman, who was eaten by dinosaurs.[3]”)
Shapps who previously opposed Truss, was persuaded ignore his misgivings and to accept responsibility, power, higher public exposure, and a pay rise, to benefit the country. Very good of him, I`m sure we are all grateful.
PS posted with some traces of sarcasm, and no irony…
Did Schapps just set a record?
Home Secretary for under 24hrs?
I`m not sure how the clock starts and stops on resignation of the PM?
Minor details of course.
