I don’t understand how you can change the country that you start your shift in?. If you visit 5 countries in a day, you only started in one of them.
Your day only starts once, `tis true.
The rules now want you to show the time you entered each country. The time you started driving in each, if you will.
And each REGION for spain right?
No. In Spain you set the first region and the last one at the end of the day.
