Just to update: day one completed and all the hard work and preparation has paid off. It looks as though it will all run very smoothly. I phoned our first trainee who gave me some constructive feedback - all of which has been taken on board.
So, once again, thanks to everyone for their support. I’ve surprised myself at how hard I’ve found this process - maybe I’m just too old for new projects!
