Music you may not have heard

Heard this for first time in ages on Boom this morning.

A Ventora ain’t a Victor unless anyone wanted to pay a lucky car dealer Zodiac 6 cylinder type money for a Zephyr 4 type motor.

Found this album cover on FB

One of the all time great songs, but surely the whole world and his dog has heard it. :face_with_peeking_eye:

There’s no end of music we many not have heard before, here’s two from Stormtroopers of Death

Ballad of Jimi Hendrix

And the aptly-titled, Anti-procrastination song

More seriously though, The Tubes White Punks on Dope, this version live on The Old Grey Whistle Test

Lee Morgan - Gary’s Notebook (from the 1964 album The Sidewinder)

Carmel - Every Little Bit

The Meters - Cissy Strut

Top notch gear.

An oldie but goldie.

Did this one make it there?

It has now, brilliant.

This should come with a warning sticker attached.

I half remember a (rather cruel?) sketch about Sky.
John Williams was being interviewed about jazz/rock/folk/classic fusion and he explained the tightrope being walked. If they lent too far in any direction there was a chance that someone might actually like what they were doing!
